Roles & Permissions

Pariah uses four roles. Assign the least privilege each person needs, and remove access promptly when someone leaves.

Role For Can
Owner The account holder Everything, including billing, organisation settings, legal acceptance, and deleting the organisation
Security ops Security managers Manage profiles, sites, devices, incidents, and team site assignments; cannot manage billing
Admin Operational admins Manage profiles, incidents, and most day-to-day data; cannot manage billing or write site assignments
Frontline only Floor staff Receive alerts, run manual lookups, log and acknowledge incidents

Inviting your team

Invite members from the dashboard; they receive an email to set a password and join your organisation. Set each person's role at invite time — you can change it later.
