Billing & Tiers
Billing runs through Stripe. You can manage your plan, payment method, and invoices from the dashboard (owner only).
Tiers

Limits (sites, devices, cameras, profiles, search quota, retention, features) scale with tier. Cloud search quota is the limit most worth watching — manual mobile searches count against it; continuous NVR detection does not.
Trial activation
To activate a trial you need all three of:
- a verified email,
- a verified company (checked against Companies House), and
- a valid card on file (captured via Stripe before any charge).
This keeps trials genuine and prevents abuse.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, Stripe retries automatically over a 14-day grace window:
- A banner appears in the dashboard immediately.
- Write operations are blocked from day 8.
- After the grace window, access is suspended.
- Following suspension, your data is retained for 90 days before deletion — export it within that window if you need it.
Cancelling
Cancel anytime from the billing dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See the Terms for the full policy.
